I’m an Independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Ohio and also serve clients in Florida via telehealth. I know that reaching out for support takes courage, and I want you to know you’re not alone. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you find clarity and strength through it.

With over twenty years of experience helping others—and a Master’s in Social Work earned in 2019—I bring a deep commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships, and I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and respected.    

                                                               Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, each with their own unique story, strengths, and challenges. Each person I work with is unique, and I believe therapy should reflect that. My approach is flexible and tailored to meet your individual needs, goals, and pace. I draw from a range of evidence-based practices, including Gestalt therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and strength-based approaches. Whether you’re looking to gain insight, develop coping strategies, or make meaningful changes in your life, we’ll work together in a way that feels supportive, empowering, and aligned with your values.                                                                                               I specialize in supporting individuals facing trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and major life transitions. I also have experience working within forensic settings and with active duty military populations, which has deepened my understanding of complex stress, resilience, and the importance of culturally competent care. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or working toward long-term healing, my goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and equipped to move forward.
